2011 Catalina 250 MkII

This 2011 Catalina 250 MkII has been very well maintained by its current owner. “Knot Crazy” has been hauled every season for a fresh coat of antifouling paint, and the engine and lower unit oil on the Tohatsu 9.8 outboard motor has been changed every year. This Catalina 250 MkII features a wing keel, wheel steering, a fully battened main sail (with lazy jacks), and a roller furling headsail. The open transom and stainless-steel swim ladder allow for easy boarding, and two large cockpit storage lockers provide ample space for fenders, PFDs, and miscellaneous sailing gear. There are even stern pulpit seats on either side of the transom. The open layout of the cabin makes for a very spacious feel down below. The large v-berth and the queen bed-sized berth under the cockpit provide plenty of sleeping room for your overnight cruises.
